I Love Wawa. Alas it was better in the near distant past, but even after countless trips, I feel rather satisfied. Unlike many other crappy cruddy spots (looking at you 7/11). Despite the quality of food having slid with the rise of their success (wawas, not 7/11 to be clear) - bring back the slicers please! - the company has maintained a fanatical place in my heart. Right next to Jesus.

A year ago, I absentmindedly left my iPhone X in the mens room. My dumb ass did not realize till pulling up to my folks house in Bensalem. I panicked, i cried and I raced back to Super Wawa. Precious time had been lost! A gas station lavatory, on the turnpike and US 13, has all sorts of transient road warriors. Emotionally I began to prepare for the inevitable - it was an iPhone X after all. I was thunderstruck when the employees had my baby in their care.
Class acts! Thank you again! Sheetz youre trash! WAWA for LIFE!

Shifting focus now (maybe just like WAWA corporate has too…) to address their app:
I've had a bunch of good experiences, but I'd be remiss not to let some stuff off my chest.

I CANNOT be the only one who's WAWA APP experience has been laboriously annoying far too often…? Ordering items that the spot ran out of, preordering but still have hella waits…

You are LYING If No one else's has lost entire detailed orders just when you were nearing the transactions end? Some features seem redundant and others are clunky AF! Come on, boo. What's good? Why you sucking so hard of late!?

BASIC APP FEATURE/ NECESSITY - 86'd

My ire is stoked anew constantly when I'm reminded you can not provide the cashier your tele to look up / get dem pointz.

That's just such a basic feature it is on par with having WiFi, AC or electricity nowadays.

Wawa, you slipping girl. Once you ditched the deli slicers and went HARD on diversifying your nosh the slow inevitable arc of decline began. While you were messing with quesadillas and hot matcha teas you've left the thrown vulnerable. Royal Farms will snatch the crown from our beloved Pennsylvania golden goose if you don't pull it together.

Love the new burritos, but the tv ads show more red, yellow, and green peppers. I've bought 6 now and seldom find veggies. Lots of egg and cheese, which I love, but I want more peppers. I'm a long time Wawa fan having grown up in Media. Still have a miniature cow I received on a Wawa tour in 1st grade in about 1950. Just trying to help.

Hello there every one watch out with the gas station at any wawa when you use your debit card. I'm a Lyft driver all ways getting gas and drink for along time now until 4/15/21 i used my card at the wawa store on Florida ave in Tampa Florida for 10$ of gas and they took out an extra 99.89 from my debit card i work hard for my money i call customer service and they said to call my bank they can't do anything about it but it's there pump that it happened never again will i use wawa ⛽.

I purchased a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and was able to eat the top half but the bottom half was so hard my teeth did not even break the bagel... Then there is barely any cream cheese on the bagel at all; I have a receipt for this visit however when I've gotten a chicken salad shorty... There isn't enough chicken salad in there to fill the roll... I took a picture of the bagel showing the teeth marks along with the receipt But I don't see where I can attach those here.

So I ordered 6 chicken strips, so as my friend and when I went to pick it up it was in one bowl so I said to the lady I ordered two she said they are in the same bowl, I was like what? So I walked out and when I went in the car I saw they just cut 3 chicken strips in half,Wich left a total of 6,and that still wasn’t what I ordered I ordered 12 6 for me and 6 for my friend.NEVER AGAIN!!

My wife and I are senior citizens and have been going to WAWA for many, many years to purchase food and gasoline. Recently we were with our grandchildren and purchased food for all of us. To say the food was not good is indeed an understatement. We also found that WAWA gasoline prices have gotten to be considerably higher than other gasoline stations. We live in Jenkintown, PA and had gone to Cherry Hill, NJ to get our grandchildren out for some enjoyment. The WAWA food certainly was not enjoyable. Have never experienced this before.

Wawa took an extra 100.00 dollars out of my account while buying gas. Called my bank in a panic as I though someone had gained excess to my checking account. They said that Wawa does this to many customers when they use a debit card buying gas. Bank got money back, but I will never go to Wawa again for any reason.

Very baad food and customer service in the store at 2200 south st the cheeseburger and fries are terrible the meat tasted like processed left over cooked in microwave the food are so hard you can’t show on them wasted my time more then 30 mints wait

With a filthy bathroom you have to question management and how the food is prepared. Bathroom had no Soap in soap dispenser. So are food preparers washing hands before food preparation.
Zero Star Rating because I can’t ever eat there again.????

Upon being at the Dover De and Camden DE locations to order the family size soup. I was told that they no longer have a plastic bag to put the large soup in incase it leaks in the car. They don't fit into a cup holder. This doesn't fly with me. Today my wife went to the Camden location and ordered the large soup. She did get a bag after paying for it at the checkout. Is this just another way to increase your bottom lime.
All the other fast food chains at least give paper bags. Paying for a bag doesn't cut it. Did they lower the price for not suppling a bag. Starting today I will not shop at any WAWA. Not just for food or smoked or gas. I spend about $150-175 a week.
Royal Farms will get my money from now on.

Better than a 7/11 or Quikchek, usually the associates are fine but it's actually the managers who are rude to everyone including customers pretty crazy.
The sandwiches for the price they sell them at is good and they don't mess up on it often. No matter the Wawa I go to though it seems they are trained to give you more lettuce than meat or even other vegetables.
*Edit* Forgot to include their other fresh snacks are pretty worthwhile.

Wawa is a great company. A lot of people are complaining about the prices, but honestly a hoagie for 5 dollars and a 44oz. ginger ale for 2 dollars is a pretty cheap and filling lunch. Gas is always cheap and the options are endless for what you can buy. Food is also very quickly made. People who complain about Wawa don't realize how hard it is to work in the food industry, and to be able to order a club sandwich for 7 dollars and have it 2 minutes later is impressive.
